the staff members at this hotel exhibited such a distinct lack of cheer—especially the counter lady, who seemed like she was perpetually angry. also, the internet was unbelievably slow. I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade. instead, I received nothing but disappointment. it’s a wonder I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The hotel has a fantastic location, only two minutes from the lagoon where we enjoyed swimming and kayaking. The spacious room had large windows that flooded in light, and the dogs loved the large terrace where they could relax. Breakfast was delightful, with fresh fruit and eggs to start our busy days.
For dads, it would be great to have a small playground for kids.

Great time with friends! We loved the big clean room and the stunning balcony. Close to the lagoon, we enjoyed swimming and visited the local restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff made sure everything was comfortable and quiet, making our stay enjoyable.
The balcony doors needed a bit of maintenance, but it didn’t ruin our experience. Just a small detail to note.

Amazing service and cozy vibes!
The staff was super friendly and even surprised us with room decorations when they learned it was our honeymoon. The breakfast was pretty good too, with fresh fruit and yogurt. Only thing is, the Wi-Fi was a lil' spotty at times, which was kinda annoying. But overall, an awesome stay!

The stay was delightful with a cozy room and a delicious full breakfast that made mornings special. The sun terrace and garden area offered perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, but it didn’t bring me down one bit!
